Composition: 100% PES
Care: Hand wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Do not bleach. Iron at a maximum temperature of 110ºC. Do not tumble dry.
SHIPPING
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We carefully prepare each order within 24–48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Peninsular Spain: delivery in 2–4 business days — €4.90
Balearic Islands: delivery in 3–5 business days — €4.90
Canary Islands: delivery in 5–10 business days — €15. As this is a separate customs territory, the shipment may be subject to IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax) and customs handling fees upon delivery, which are to be paid by the customer.
Europe: delivery in 5–8 business days — €15
Rest of the world: delivery in 7–14 business days — €30. Any potential tariffs or customs duties are to be paid by the customer.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want your dress to make you feel special. If it doesn't, you have 14 calendar days from when you receive your order to request a return.
How to return your order, step by step:
Request the return from the link in your order confirmation email (or write to us at info@ameliastudio.es indicating your order number).
We will confirm the request and the shipping address.
Send us the garment via your preferred courier service. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend tracked shipping — until it reaches us, the garment is your responsibility.
As soon as we receive it and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the purchase.
Conditions for accepting a return:
The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
It must retain all its original tags attached.
It must be returned with its original packaging in good condition.
We cannot accept garments that show signs of use. In that case, we will return the garment to you and will not be able to process the refund.
Size exchanges
We produce in very limited series, so we cannot guarantee availability for direct exchanges. If you need another size: request the return and place a new order for the correct size as soon as possible — this way you ensure it doesn't sell out. If you have any doubts about the size before buying, write to us and we will be happy to advise you.
Defective garments
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or you have received a wrong item, write to us at info@ameliastudio.es with a photo within 14 days. In that case, the return shipping costs will be on us and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
